As a Consumer Marketing Manager, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing and future customers by drive strategy via Campaign (Online & offline) and generate or conversion to Sales and Branding to Carsome Thailand. What You Will Do

  • Planning of holistic marketing campaign to ensure marketing and sales targets are met – Focus on generating qualified leads and increase customer conversions.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing Tableau and Google Analytics to analyze and present data. 
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Consumer Marketing strategies in Carsome Thailand.
  • Plan holistic marketing campaign latest trends and best practices to ensure marketing and sales targets are met.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.
  • Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various marketing strategies internally and externally.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. 
  • Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget.
  • Promotional ideas, media planning and agency management.
  • Conduct market research activities on product/ service concepts to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads. 
  • Other duties to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

What You Will Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Campaign management, Digital marketing preferably background in E-commerce retail business, Online marketplace, FMCG, Telecommunications or any fast-moving industry.
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Excellent in Tableau, Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Commercial acumen and Data analysis skills and drive for results and business acumen.
  • Acute business sense and well-honed financial sensitivity (P&L, ROI).
  • Strong effective communication with all parties ranging from top management to the ground and be able to influence all. Good negotiation skills with positive attitude.
  • High emotional intelligence, Interpersonal savvy with good active listening, and adaptability skills.
  • Excellent knowledge in usage of new media in marketing.  
  • Must be proficient in English and Thai. 
  • Knowledge in SEM and SEO is a plus.
