Full-Time, Remote Pharmacy Technician Position (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)

We have several exciting FULL-TIME REMOTE vacancies for PCN Pharmacy Technicians based anywhere. As a remote pharmacy technician, you'll earn a highly competitive salary based on your skills, experience, competence, and qualifications, which will be discussed during the interview.
Our client seeks experienced and motivated pharmacy technicians to join their expanding team, where you'll have access to peer support and development opportunities as part of our multidisciplinary team (MDT). You will be a strong team player capable of working independently and autonomously. Your role will involve collaborating with the MDT to support member practices with medicines optimization.

Essential Role Requirements:
Pharmacy technician qualification (NVQ level 3 equivalent).
Primary care experience.
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Role Responsibilities:
Support PCN clinical pharmacists in delivering clinical pharmacy services, including processing discharge/clinic letters from secondary care.
Perform medicines improvement work to ensure safe, cost-effective prescribing practices under the supervision of clinical pharmacists.
Assist with medication safety monitoring systems (e.g., high-risk drugs).
Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to resolve medicine-related queries.
Monitor practice prescribing and adherence to PCN and local/national prescribing policies and guidelines.
Enhance service quality through audits.
Support clinical pharmacists in conducting Structured Medication Reviews.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the role of a PCN Pharmacy Technician.
Successful candidates will be required to enroll in the CPPE primary care pathway, fully funded for PCN Pharmacy Technician roles.
