About the job Project Management Officer (Chinese Speaking)
Responsibilities
· Create PMM platform for cooperation between departments internally including the departments of finance, HR, Administration, Outsourcing, HQ, Marketing and Engineering services sections & regions etc.
· Build business relationships beyond the project environment.
· Internal processes set up and execution control.
· Project team members KPI appraisal and recommends for adjustment.
· Support to Project Director to keep the overall project team under control and timely identify the risks and weakness of project for the timely rectification.
· Continuously monitoring and review the progress of each departments to ensure all milestones are being achieved as per plan
· Add, approve, release the work hours in case of project necessities.
· Publish the project internal process, rules, regulations and personnel appointment.
· Work under pressure and work hard.
· Good communication English/Chinese language, Chinese language preferred.
