About the job Site Service Engineers
Site Service Engineers for Data Center for Symphony projects (located in Smoot Life Building in Sathorn road). These persons have to work in shift operation with 24x7 ( 1 person per shift). Our budget salary base 20KTHB (this is excluding OT), the contract will be year by year and we expect to start the work on 1st of August 24, 2020 , please help to find the candidates

Job Roles
a. Assist Facilities Maintenance vendor on daily / yearly maintenance activities in facilities especially on electrical and mechanical work.
b. Oversee all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) equipment and installation and ensure all are in good and proper working order based on maintenance plan.
c. Maintaining the Data Centre building’s electrical supply and reticulation system, installations, and equipment.
d. Day to day operations of the entire facility, electrical installation and monitoring on high voltage facility equipment’s performance. This will also include overseeing production equipment, maintenance and contractor work arrangement.
e. Plan, execute and ensure all Preventive Maintenance and Monthly Maintenance for all the facilities but not limited to Electrical, Mechanical and Civil & Structure.
f. Ensure all the Data Centre facilities have been serviced with quality and on time.
g. Establish and “write up” a work shut down and normalize procedure for all Mechanical and Electrical facilities in line with Thailand Electricity Supply Act.
h. Establish a procedure and lead a team of technical personnel to self-perform the Preventive and Monthly Maintenance which instructed by Management.
i. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical fault circuit/system and provide recommendation to minimize re-occurrence or long term solution.
j. To ensure all laws and regulations related to electrical system and installation are complied with the authority.
k. Prepare Incident and Root Caused Analysis Report, insurance claim, Monthly Report and Yearly Report to Management.
l. Able to communicate in English will be an added advantage.
m. Possess Vocational Diploma/Degree or any certification in Electrical & Mechanical
n. At least 5 years working experience in related fields
o. Able to work in Shift operation (3-shifts)
p. Certified the Electrical Training from Department of Skill Development (กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน)
