RF Engineer (Based in Chiangmai)

Position : RF Engineer

Work location : Chiangmai

Region : North

Start : October 2022

Contract Period : 3 months

Salary Rate : 60K - 70K

Job Requirement :

- Response KPI monitoring and worse cell analysis. Already Lock 2

- Knowledge and understand 3,4,5G

- Able to analyze DT and KPI (master)

- L3 signalling analysis is a must

- Paramter optimization and feature deployment experience

- Worse cell / vip complaint handling

Planning

- Verify solution of each site in official site list
- Prepare IEA for customer discussion
- Discuss IEA with customer in order to get FEA
- Issue office FEA
- Get FEA approval

• Upload approved FEA in system
• Site survey for ad-hoc site list
• Verify picture from installation team
• Prepare CDD information
• Coordinate with other parties to get all required information
• Follow up core network on defining new site/cell information
• Update information in planning tools
• Verify drive-test result (CVT) and troubleshooting issue.
• Proceed to submit CVT report and AOR report for A147 approval.
  
  Initial Tuning
  
  - Troubleshoot some alarm for A72. Example: Inter-node CA, Sleeping cell, service degrade for claim A72 etc.
• Track progress of A116 milestones, consult and resolve OSS KPIs issues.
• Receive the Integrated node list from CU/Region and validate
• Perform alarm check, basic KPI check**, site health checks for site and its co-located sites
• Perform critical parameter audit (35 + key parameters**) pre and post should be same for existing nodes
• Baseline audit for the new layer which came in
• KPI analysis/CR creation/TT request / follow-ups/implementation
• Pre-post KPI monitoring to be continuous for 3 days
• Tracker update CVT tracker , New site monitoring tracker / CR tracker update
• Receive the On air node list from CU / region and validate
• Perform alarm check, basic KPI check**, site health checks for site and its co-located sites
• KPI analysis/CR creation/TT request / follow-ups/implementation
• Pre-post KPI monitoring to be continuous for 3 days
• Tracker update CVT tracker , New site monitoring tracker / CR tracker update
  
  Acceptance
  
  - Coordinate with ASP to start radio network tuning activity
• Follow up with ASP on progress of radio network tuning
• Coordinate with customer and ASP to perform acceptance
• Follow up with customer on acceptance certificate
• Coordinate with SDU to start final radio network tuning activity
• Coordinate with customer for final acceptance
• Follow up with customer on acceptance certificate
  
  Others
• Have experience with Ericsson equipment
• Have experience with True network
• Have experience with True acceptance procedure
• Good communication skill
• Good leadership skill
