Purpose of Job Role

Implementation Management is data and value driven to create insights and trends to effectively and efficiently manage all implementation services while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice The Implementation Manager adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (E+OHS), information/product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Selection of Typical Interfaces

Customers, CPM, Site Engineer, Integration Engineer, ASPs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform progress meeting, with Customer and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow
  • Based on improvement possibilities drive changes and updates. Act on quality, E&OHSand Security issues
  • Coordinate global KPI customer requirements regarding site audit and inspection of high risk activities
  • Handle work orders and compensation
  • Drive resolution of Change Requests from suppliers including approving Fast Track (site variance) CRs
  • Manage acceptance procedures together with Customer and Project Manager agree on acceptance procedure
  • Manage project workforce
  • Create implementation workforce Scope accordingly to contract plan
  • Secure that ASPs engaged on activities fully adhere and comply to all relevant Global and local legal requirements

Qualifications

  • At least bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering or related fields
  • Able to lead the team for high performance
  • Able to apply expertise & technological experiences
  • Ability to present and communicate in English is a plus
  • Highly competent in MS Office
    At least 3 - 5 years of experience in telecom project implementation
