Position: Senior Application Support Engineer (Hybrid)**New **Urgent
Salary: 20,000 - 23,000 thb (ยังไม่รวมallowance)
Contract: 1 Year (First 4 month for performance evaluation before renew contract)
Location:: FTH, Exchange Tower/onsite Bkk (Hybrid)
388 Sukhumvit Rd, Khwaeng Khlong Toei, Khet Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110
Working Time:
1. Working hour from 9.00 am. to 6.00 pm. Monday through Friday
2. Schedule Standby Support on Weekday from 6.00 pm. to 10.30 pm. Monday through Friday, including
National and Fujitsus public holidays
3. Schedule Standby Support on Weekend (including National and Fujitsus public holidays) from 8:00 am -10:30 pm
4. Remote support by telephone, E-mail or Onsite support when the customer has incident case
Remark: Schedule Standby Support will be assigned to each Application Support Staff every month.
(Around 140 hrs. or less per month depend on working day and public holiday of each month.)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Support
- Maintenance and support the current systems
- Receive calls from 1st line support/customer and investigate problems until they are forwarded to the team/partner that can be solved and report results
- Available support 24x7 in case have incident incase got urgent incident
- Coordinate with Project team to manage service / database / network / operation for make the best solution to customer
- Weekly update incident report to supervisor
2. System Implementation
- Deploy and monitor changes process for production environment
- Install OS & Software & Peripheral
- Set up system parameters
- Enter set up data
- Prepare user manual
- Trouble Shooting
3. Project Management and Testing
- Defining small project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Work directly with project managers to help implement project goals
- Function Test, System Test / Conduct system testing, collect actual testing results
- Help Project Managers setting up and deploying testing environments
4. Training
- Define scope of training
- Plan training schedule, prepare training document and facilities
- Conduct Training, evaluate and prepare reports for training result
- Provide technical information or training to customer and/or junior staff
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Male or Female, 23-30 years of age
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or any related fields
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Hardware PC, POS Support, Windows platforms configuration
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to perform job under time constraint/pressure
- Ability to work frequently in night time/holiday
- Ability to do plant maintenance period in long holiday
- Ability to work in dynamic environment and manage to meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Experience with retail businesses including Service Desk tool is an advantage
- Having knowledge in Software development and Software Testing would be advantaged
- Experience /knowledge with Database / SQL is preferred
