Rate : 55,000 - 75,000 (based on experience)

Purpose of Job Role

The Site Engineer is data driven to create insights and trends to effectively and efficiently supervise; civil works, on- site survey, network design, installation, commissioning, and integration activities. The Site Engineer adhears to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Occupation and Environmental Health and Safety (O+EHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain wireless network equipment, including access points, antennas, and controllers.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct performance tests and analyze network performance metrics to optimize wireless networks.
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve their wireless communication-related queries

Qualifications

• At least bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering or related fields
• Able to work in teams
• Able to apply expertise & technological experiences
• Ability to present and communicate in English is a plus
• Able to work in upcountry
