DPO RAN - Senior DPO Engineer

Hiring rate: 40-55k (depending on experience)

Contract: Initially 4 months extendable

Location: Bangkok

Experience: 3 - 6 years

Preferably a degree in Electronics/Telecommunication engineering or Bachelor of Science

Skills:
- Familiar with RAN Design & Optimization tools with Ericsson or Nokia or Huawei RAN environment. Prior experience working with Ericsson OSS and/or Huawei U2020/PRS and/or Nokia NetAct, Experienced in Performance management, Feature/Parameter configuration for TDD and FDD.

- Knowledge in RF Optimization Layer 3 analysis experience using tools like ACTIX, Huawei DNA, TEMS Discovery, Azenqos, Nemo Outdoor, Nemo Analyzer. Able to troubleshoot Customer complaints

- Deep experience in network performance and troubleshooting. Network performance problem detection and solution methods, e.g., throughput issues, connection drops, blocks, creating reports with complete solution

- Moderate command of spoken/written English, good presentation skills and can do knowledge sharing to team/customers

- Good work ethics. Ability to work independently and not afraid to get hands-on, as well supporting our diverse multi-functional development teams.

- Workable command of English

- 5G experience is a plus (not mandatory)
