Position:  IT Support **New

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 THB

Contract: 4 month  (Probation 4 month) 

Location: On-site to Suntory. (Site Suntory Rayong)

Working time: Monday Friday, 8:30 - 17:30

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide the Helpdesk Support at Suntory Head Offices during office hours (exclude holidays and public holidays of FTH)
  • Receiving calls, first-line customer liaison
  • Recording and tracking Incidents and complaints
  • Keeping customers informed on request status and progress
  • Making an initial assessment of requests, attempting to resolve them or refer them to someone who can, based on agreed service levels.
  • Monitoring and escalation procedures relative to the appropriate SLA
  • Managing update IT request ticket in asset management data base.
  • Communicating planned and short-term changes of service levels to customers.
  • Coordinating with second-line and third-party support groups
  • Provide the onsite services available at Rayong Plant during office hours, excluding holidays and public holidays of FTH
  • Provide the onsite services effectively resolve problems and incidents that may not be possible to solve remotely.
  • Provide Client with support services to PC and Peripheral hardware/Software installed include the peripheral device support.
  • VIP Support.
  • Set up & Deploy new PC


QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Male or Female 23-30 years of age.
  • Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields.
  • At least 2 years experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support or any related fields
    Able to communicate in English.
  • Experience in Workflow or Database.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support 
  • Intermediate level of English
