Job Description:

• Optimization of 4G and 5G sites to meet site and cluster acceptance targets.
• Suggest and discuss optimization activities for network improvement.
• Perform regular network parameter and feature tuning
• New feature, layer balancing and load balancing activities
• Alignment of activities with Region and HQ customer teams.
• Weekly network performance updates, additional solution needed for network improvement.
