Overview:

The MS delivery Manager will play a vital role in managing customer-focused projects that drive transformation and automation within Managed Services. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear project objectives.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and deliverables to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage and drive transformation and automation projects within Managed Services, ensuring all activities align with strategic goals for digitalization, efficiency, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for detailed project focused on transforming operational processes through innovative solutions and automation technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand transformation needs, gather requirements, and define project scope, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Change Management and Adoption: Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new automation tools and transformation processes, helping teams transition smoothly to optimized workflows.
  • Risk and Issue Management in Transformation: Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to transformation projects, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and reduce disruption.
  • Customer-Focused Transformation: Ensure that transformation and automation projects are designed with customer experience in mind, delivering improvements that directly benefit clients and enhance service delivery.
