About the job Software Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Perform incident and problem analysis and provide application support for all clients
 Create POS menu item and simulate test.
 Perform problem solving activity on in-house software and package software for users
 Cooperate with End User Support, Service Desk or other IT teams to ensure that the incident has been fixed within commitment.
 Create service manual and knowledge based
 Prepare the plan and rollout to update software deployment to all clients
 Maintain, monitor, configure of software to ensure that they have the high quality, polished, and scalable.
 Comply all IT regulations & policies
 Create and update for proper documentation such as SOP, WI, monthly report, inventory report
 Work as the backup team in case of End User Support resources shortage or need support for special projects
 Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager

 On-site to MINOR Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30

QUALIFICATIONS :
 Male, 23-30 years of age
 Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields
 At least 1-2 years’ experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support or any related fields
 Able to communicate in English
 Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure.
