About the job Software Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform incident and problem analysis and provide application support for all clients
Create POS menu item and simulate test.
Perform problem solving activity on in-house software and package software for users
Cooperate with End User Support, Service Desk or other IT teams to ensure that the incident has been fixed within commitment.
Create service manual and knowledge based
Prepare the plan and rollout to update software deployment to all clients
Maintain, monitor, configure of software to ensure that they have the high quality, polished, and scalable.
Comply all IT regulations & policies
Create and update for proper documentation such as SOP, WI, monthly report, inventory report
Work as the backup team in case of End User Support resources shortage or need support for special projects
Support other IT tasks as assigned by supervisor/IT manager

On-site to MINOR Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30

QUALIFICATIONS :
Male, 23-30 years of age
Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Sciences or any related fields
At least 1-2 years’ experience in Application Support, IT Service & Support or any related fields
Able to communicate in English
Enthusiastic, hardworking, fast learner, initiator and able to work efficiently under pressure.
