• Have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
• Be able to use their initiative
• Be able to work as a member of a team
• Be able to motivate and engage children
• Have patience, empathy and good communication skills
• Have an understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding
• Be confident with using IT
