We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. As a primary teacher, you will inspire and motivate students, deliver engaging lessons, and assess student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders is essential to promote a supportive and inclusive learning community.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the UK National Curriculum, incorporating a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being.
  • Establish clear learning objectives and communicate them effectively to students, ensuring understanding and engagement.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, share best practices, and contribute to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends and best practices.
  • Uphold the schools policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines, and promote a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelors degree in education or relevant subject area.
  • Proven experience teaching primary students, preferably in a UK school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and effective teaching pedagogies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students.
