About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and safeguarding the online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and regulate user-generated content on a social media platform.

• Accurately assess content and user accounts to ensure compliance with community policies.

• Handle and review sensitive advertisement content with discretion.

• Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in every case reviewed.

• Apply moderation policies consistently while remaining impartial.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native/Fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English (B2).

• Previous experience in content moderation is a plus.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain objective and impartial.

• Empathetic, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.

• Positive mindset and team-oriented approach.
