About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Trainer to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and refining training programs that ensure our team members have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best. You'll play a key role in fostering professional growth, supporting high performance, and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and deliver training materials and structured programs.

  • Develop performance improvement plans and establish KPIs to enhance training outcomes.

  • Coach and mentor staff, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees.

  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Inspire and motivate team members to reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Serbian speaker (C1 level), with strong written and spoken skills.

  • Fluent in English (B2 level).

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive mindset, patience, and a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.

  • Previous experience in the gaming/casino industry is an advantage.

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.

  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
