We are currently partnering with a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams to find an Account Development Representative fluent in German to join their team in Dublin, Republic of Ireland. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model with a focus on developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships within targeted industries.
Position: Account Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week at the office after training)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop effective outreach strategies based on current market trends, solutions, and pain points.
- Engage potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and LinkedIn, leveraging the reputable Google brand.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within specific target industries and personas.
- Cultivate lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders at Google.
- Present the value proposition of products to potential clients and effectively address their needs.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the enterprise sales team.
- Maintain adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
- Plan, present, and execute campaigns in the market while reporting outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the clients products and services.
- Promote success stories and communicate them to targeted companies in various industries and territories.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and professional development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Previous experience in Business Development or sales, ideally within SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.
- Strong sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales tech stacks is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn, understand, and articulate technical concepts.
- Proven ability to self-prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
