Join Our Team as a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Lisbon!
We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Lisbon.
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Employment Type: Permanent contract
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Support merchants with all questions and inquiries about our product and service.
- Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, constantly increasing merchant satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain product and/or service expertise clearly, resolving issues in the first customer contact.
- Ability to handle stressful situations well.
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is preferable.
- Enthusiastic and skilled in using technology applications (smartphones, tablets, computers).
- Committed to providing good and customer-friendly service as a top priority.
- Curious and persistent in solving issues.
- Organized with the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Offer:
- Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00, with the possibility to extend late shifts until 21:00 as per client agreement.
- Days off: 2 days (rotative).
- Workload: 40 hours per week (full time).
