We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Learning Specialist with Bulgarian in Romania.
Position: Learning Specialist with Bulgarian
Location: Cluj, Romania
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, deliver and conclude training for new hires
- Develop continuous trainings for the sales teams based on requirements
- Conducts scenario & role play based sessions for new and current sales customer advisors
- Observe sales targets and collect feedback for training purposes
- Coordinates with other sales roles within the project, to drive the increase in delivery
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans for the sales team
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality of the B2B Sale results
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques, such as objection handling and consultative selling techniques
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes in the market and trends
- Stays informed about client processes, trends and strategy, as to recommend programs, training changes where appropriate
- Perform any other reasonable duties that may be requested by the Client or Direct Managers
- Take responsibility for own personal development.
- Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities
- Analyze & recognize trends and escalate information as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English - verbal and written
- Essential minimum of 6 months call center experience in a sales project or 6 months experience in sales environment
- Previous training/coaching experience would be an advantage
- Previous experience in tourism would be an advantage
- Previous experience as a B2B sales advisor and/or other sales roles
- Ability to travel for training purposes
- Good organization/time management skills
- Strong Sales skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
- Ability to influence behavior
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Coaching skills
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to present to a classroom
- Effective management of time
- Experience of relevant sales training and sales coaching techniques
- Very good listening skills
- Ability to provide feedback in a positive, objective and supportive manner
- Able to effectively use Microsoft applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook etc)
