We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Outbound Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams.

Position: Outbound Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin (Tuesday & Thursday in office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + OTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Drive new business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of the client's offerings and closing deals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Identify and capitalize on potential upselling opportunities to maximize product penetration within accounts.
  • Cultivate valuable business relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Advocate for the client's products and services, building interest and awareness among potential customers.

Requirements:

  • 12 months+ of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or IT services industry.
  • Experience in software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator space is highly desirable.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions effectively via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
