We are working with a leading financial broker brand that is looking to recruit a English-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their office in Athens.

Position: Sales retention Agent

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent in English, both oral and written
• Previous experience in Forex & CFD Industry is mandatory, preferably in sales
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills
• Drive for sales and ability to achieve
