We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is seeking to onboard a Privacy Specialist Content Moderation for their Dublin office.
The Privacy Specialist is responsible for enforcing our clients' product policies by analyzing requests under European law, including those from lawyers and private
individuals, by reviewing and processing privacy requests. You will also be responsible for handling users privacy requests across different workflows, adhering to client
guidelines, which will enable you to make sound decisions. You should have a thirst for
knowledge, impeccable judgment, and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and process incoming privacy requests using online tools.
- Evaluate the validity of each request in accordance with our clients' policies.
- Continuously educate yourself on changes to policies and protocols, with support from our Training and Quality Departments.
- Work closely with the client's policy specialists to address cases and regulatory inquiries using the client's response framework.
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review.
- Achieve weekly productivity targets as part of your daily workflow.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on various projects to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop skills in various areas, including data analysis, tool usage, and quality assessment.
- Provide support for different workflows, products, and markets as needed, based on business requirements.
- Primarily support the market and workflow for which you were hired, but also provide support to the English market.
- Support other markets and workflows using the Translation Tool as necessary due to business changes or volume fluctuations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- At least 6 months experience in Content moderation roles will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
