Sales Account Executive (Dutch)

We are working with a leading financial services company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking sales account executive for its Limassol office.

Position: Sales Account Executive

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time, hybrid

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the clients needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required

Promoting company's new products and service

Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools

Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights

Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Language level: fluent in Dutch, English 
• Call center experience, working on the phone-focused roles dealing with both inbound & outbound calls is a must (it doesnt matter if its BPO, Forex, iGaming, Crypto, etc.)
• Sales experience from the call center (ideally FX) is highly desirable but not a must.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
• Team player
• Previous sales experience
• Financial market knowledge/trading experience is advantageous.
