As a Multilingual Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline of our customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, professional, and personalized support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Stay informed about our products, services, and policies.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, Turkish, Polish, German, Dutch, Hebrew, Croatian, Czech, or Ukrainian.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Experience in a customer support role is preferred.

- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
