Content Moderator (German)

We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is looking to onboard a German-speaking Content Moderator to join their team in Porto, Portugal.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide content regulation services for a social media platform.
• Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to guarantee the safety of all users.
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
• Act in accordance with social media policies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English, oral and written.
• Quick learner with the ability to develop skills within a short period of time.
• Resilience to stress.
• Ability to distinguish personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
• Empathetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
