Customer Support Representative (Croatian)

Position: Customer Support Representative (Croatian)
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via incoming telephone calls, emails, and chat to resolve their issues and inform them about product features
• Manage customer orders efficiently
• Ensure and enhance client retention by providing excellent customer support
• Recognize, record, confirm, and effectively resolve customer complaints
• Proactively propose process improvements
• Adhere to given processes and procedures
• Update the customer database and document activities
• Report common issues to the support team for further escalation

Requirements:

• Fluent level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a self-organized approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization
• Good numerical and reasoning skills

• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM
