Position: Customer Support Representative (Croatian)
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via incoming telephone calls, emails, and chat to resolve their issues and inform them about product features
- Manage customer orders efficiently
- Ensure and enhance client retention by providing excellent customer support
- Recognize, record, confirm, and effectively resolve customer complaints
- Proactively propose process improvements
- Adhere to given processes and procedures
- Update the customer database and document activities
- Report common issues to the support team for further escalation
Requirements:
- Fluent level written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a self-organized approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced organization
- Good numerical and reasoning skills
Offer:
- Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5:30 PM
