Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) (Italian)

We are working with a BPO renowned for its excellent employee satisfaction ratings to find an Italian-speaking Quality Analyst specializing in Content Moderation. This role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering a vibrant and dynamic work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content including text, images, videos, and audio files according to predefined guidelines and policies.
• Conduct thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to improve their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Training, and Product Development to continuously improve moderation processes and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
• Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools and technologies will be considered an advantage.
