We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy dedicated to helping businesses create positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions through a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we are seeking a Hungarian-speaking Team Leader to join our team in Gdańsk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
• Provide coaching, shadowing, and support to employees.
• Assist in process development to enhance team efficiency.
• Conduct feedback sessions and performance conversations with team members.
• Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs relevant to the project.
• Manage and optimize the complete customer journey to ensure an optimal experience.
• Lead and support the customer service team to strengthen existing practices and achieve targets.
• Coordinate the activities of the customer service team, providing support and advice to team members.
• Support product inquiries and help develop the best solutions for customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in sales or technical areas.
• Fluent in Hungarian with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to identify training needs and contribute to program development.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in team management within a Call Center environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
