We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy dedicated to helping businesses create positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions through a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we are seeking a Hungarian-speaking Team Leader to join our team in Gdańsk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Provide coaching, shadowing, and support to employees.
- Assist in process development to enhance team efficiency.
- Conduct feedback sessions and performance conversations with team members.
- Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs relevant to the project.
- Manage and optimize the complete customer journey to ensure an optimal experience.
- Lead and support the customer service team to strengthen existing practices and achieve targets.
- Coordinate the activities of the customer service team, providing support and advice to team members.
- Support product inquiries and help develop the best solutions for customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in sales or technical areas.
- Fluent in Hungarian with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to identify training needs and contribute to program development.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in team management within a Call Center environment.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
