We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of an e-commerce platform.

Position: Customer Support Representative (Croatian)
Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via incoming telephone calls, emails, and chat with customers to resolve their issues or inform them about product features.
  • Manage customer orders effectively.
  • Secure and deepen client retention and contribute to excellent customer support.
  • Ensure all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed, and resolved effectively.
  • Proactively propose ways to improve processes.
  • Adhere to given processes and procedures.
  • Update the customer database and document activities.
  • Report the most common issues to the support team for further escalation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach, self-organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills.

Offer:

  • Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5:30 PM.
