Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, and email channels promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Document each interaction accurately in a dedicated CRM system.
  • Actively participate in department initiatives, providing feedback, updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and proficient in English for effective verbal and written communication.
  • Legal residency in Greece with the ability to work there without company sponsorship.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support or technical support, particularly in help desk or IT functions.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong independent working abilities and a collaborative remote team player.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in handling process and information changes.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
