Lease Consultant (Dutch)

We are working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Lease Consultant in Maastricht, Netherlands.

Position: Lease Consultant

Location: Maastricht, Netherlands

Contract type: limited term contract (1 year) with possibility of extension

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission
• Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls in regards to possible setup of telecom antennas
• Following up with property owners and getting commitments
• Being organised and updating MD7s internal database
• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent level of Dutch and basic English fluency
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
• Sales and negotiations background is needed
• The ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
