We are currently collaborating with a leading organization specializing in outsourced inside sales, partner enablement, and customer success teams to find a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative. This full-time remote position offers a dynamic work environment with occasional visits to the Dublin office for client meetings, workshops, or company events.

Remuneration: Base salary + On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the organization's products to current and potential users.
  • Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound leads generated through product and marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of each stage in the sales cycle to efficiently progress deals, particularly for small businesses.
  • Engage, qualify, and address incoming leads and inquiries.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and achieve qualified appointment goals.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and increase revenue.
  • Manage and successfully close deals from inbound lead funnels with both new accounts and existing users.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
  • fluency in German, including proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Fluent in English to effectively communicate within an international team.
  • Experience in successfully closing deals is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including self-sufficiency, organization, curiosity, process orientation, and results orientation.
  • Expertise in sales discovery, pipeline management, and forecasting for a large volume of leads.
  • Ability to establish and adhere to repeatable processes that support numerous customer interactions.
  • Experience or interest in collaborating with internal marketing, business, and product teams to achieve efficient, successful, and profitable customer outcomes.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to evolving conditions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
