Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative fluent in French to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and converting leads into satisfied clients. You will engage with potential clients primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills in French, and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage with potential customers in French-speaking markets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and virtual meetings to qualify leads and close deals.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Accurately manage and update CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications Required:

- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in inside sales or telemarketing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
