We are working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a System Administrator for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria

Position: System Administrator

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage on cases quickly and effectively working as part of a close-knit 24/7 team.
  • Monitoring streaming equipment through graphics and logs.
  • Ensuring all encoders and DMs are technically functional at all tables.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replacing defective components when necessary.
  • Keeping in touch with the ISP supplier in case of internet connection dysfunctions.
  • Keeping up-to-date evidence of workstations: users, configurations, rights allocated on folders.
  • Responding promptly to incidents and ensuring there are no violations regarding SLA.
  • Performing data backups and disaster recovery operations.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
    • Intellectual curiosity and ability to work in a newly formed team.
    • Fluent in English and Bulgarian language.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Result-oriented, well-organized with a proactive mindset.

    Hands-On Experience

    • Linux (Ubuntu) work level.
    • Windows Domain Infrastructure AD, Hybrid AD, Policy Management, DNS, DHCP.
    • Virtualization (VMware).
    • Basic with PowerShell and/or BASH.
    • LAN / WAN Networking switching, routing, VPNs, Vlan, WiFi (Cisco, Ubiquiti).
    • Server Hardware and Storages.
