We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Employment Type: Fixed term (6 months) with the possibility of extension or permanent contract
Remuneration: Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients regarding ID and T-PIN & Postbank app setup, card blocking/unblocking/exchange, safety, transactions, and complaints via phone and email.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues.
  • Use adequate tools, processes, and methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Ensure high levels of client service are delivered consistently.

Requirements:

  • fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English.
  • Ability to listen actively, identify, apply, and explain your product and/or service expertise clearly and solve issues in the first contact with customers.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
