We are collaborating with a leading client to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon. This role offers a blend of on-site and hybrid remote work, providing flexibility and a dynamic working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries through various channels (chat, email, phone) concerning products such as sports, casino, poker, and cashier operations.
  • Evaluate specific concerns and take necessary actions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across different locations to achieve aligned goals.
  • Report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Business standard English language skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a calm manner under pressure.
  • Confidence in handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
  • A flexible, creative, and driven personality.
  • General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
  • Interest in sports, casino, and poker products is a benefit; relevant training will be provided.
  • Working schedule involves shift rotation 24/7, averaging 40 hours per week.
