Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality game presentations as the companys on-screen representative
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards
• Showcase exceptional presenting skills while engaging and entertaining players
• Remain focused and aware of performance metrics to ensure quality and consistency
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to support the companys growth
• Handle game-shuffling duties accurately and efficiently
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish speaker (C2 level), with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong on-camera presence with enthusiastic, outgoing energy
• Ability to maintain high performance during long or animated sessions
• Flexible and able to work rotating 24/7 shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
