About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated German-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will review user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform rules, and provide excellent customer support for an international online marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (e.g., sales ads) in line with company guidelines.

  • Support users via email, responding to questions and inquiries clearly and professionally.

  • Handle customer queries related to the online marketplace across various topics.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on publication rules, market trends, and moderation best practices.

  • Provide feedback to managers on common user challenges, trends, and improvements.

  • Suggest updates to publication rules to enhance user experience.

  • Follow communication procedures, policies, and escalation guidelines.

  • Make consistent and fair decisions based on established policies.


Requirements

  • Native or fluent in German (spoken and written).

  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or online business is an advantage.

  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Flexible, reliable, and able to make quick decisions in dynamic situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
