About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Team Manager to lead and support our Games Presenter team in Belgrade. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations, guide team members in their professional growth, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment aligned with company values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to drive personal and professional development.

  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and performance standards.

  • Manage attendance, performance, and conduct, addressing issues as needed.

  • Encourage open communication and teamwork, fostering a positive work culture.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with relevant departments for learning and development initiatives.

  • Support company goals by ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to KPIs and brand standards.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1 level), both spoken and written.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, management, or similar role.

  • Academic background in management or related fields preferred.

  • Previous experience in the gaming/entertainment industry is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proven leadership ability to develop and motivate teams.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule (24/7 coverage).
