Position: Training Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training Supervisor to lead and enhance our training operations in Belgrade. In this role, you will oversee training activities, guide trainers and new hires, ensure training standards are upheld, and continuously improve training programs to support performance, quality, and growth across the business. You will play a key role in onboarding, skill development, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full implementation of training policies, procedures, and standards across all training activities.

  • Supervise and support team members involved in training, providing guidance, direction, and performance oversight.

  • Participate in staff evaluations to support career development, performance engagement, and accountability.

  • Identify operational challenges, irregularities, skill gaps, and training needsreporting or escalating as necessary.

  • Maintain open communication with management on unresolved issues and areas requiring decision-making.

  • Achieve set monthly performance targets aligned with internal KPIs and quality expectations.

  • Oversee creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials, documentation, and learning tools.

  • Review and refine existing training processes, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

  • Promote clear and effective communication within the training team and across departments.

  • Organize, coordinate, and supervise onboarding programs and ongoing training sessions.

  • Serve as a professional representative of the organization, maintaining company values and culture.

  • Commit to continuous learning and stay up to date with industry practices, standards, and training methods.

  • Maintain full confidentiality of company information, tools, and internal resources.

  • Ensure proper and responsible use of company equipment and materials.

  • Adhere to internal policies, compliance requirements, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.

  • Partner with Health & Safety teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

  • Report any workplace concerns, deficiencies, or incidents promptly to management.


Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Fluent Serbian (C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills, plus English fluency (B2+).

  • Proven experience in a training or instructional role, preferably with team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and motivate others.

  • Strong performance background with a history of meeting goals, deadlines, and quality standards.

  • Excellent understanding of training methodologies, tools, process management, and compliance.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

  • Ability to contribute to performance assessment and employee development planning.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving.
