About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Studio Manager to lead daily operations within our casino studios in Bucharest. This is a leadership role requiring strong people management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage studio operations, ensuring smooth performance and efficient workflows.

• Guide, support, and mentor team leaders, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and outcomes.

• Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Maintain high-quality standards across teams and processes.

• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for growth and optimization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve business goals.

• Promote a culture of compliance, efficiency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (C1 level, spoken and written).

• Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years in management roles, with proven team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience in gaming or entertainment is a plus but not mandatory.
