Our apartments are unpretentious in design with spaces curated for guests to work, live and connect in. Furnished for independent living, each apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and guests can choose from Studio, One- and Two-Bedroom apartments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· To be well versed with the facilities and services offered by the property.
· To master the property product in terms of rates, layout and physical attributes, breakdown/configuration, special features and amenities etc.
· To be responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous sales enquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Knows all sales processes and handling of the property management systems.
· Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service always. Answer the phone in 3 rings.
· Ensures that all enquiries’ details are received accurately, and database update from sales business cards consistently to facilitate e-mails blast for upcoming promotions.
· Ensures the proposal for the enquiries are sent to corporate clients on a timely basis.
· Follow up with clients on arrival flight details and ensure information is shared with front office and reservation departments.
· Follow up with extension advise with corporate accounts for monthly stays and above. For example, 2 weeks prior to departures for monthly stay, 1 month prior to departures for 6 months and above and 2 month’s prior to departures for 1 year and above.
· Conduct site inspection to potential clients in the absence of Sales Managers.
· Advises the Front Office / Reservation department of any deviations in rate applications or reservation arrangements.
· Filling of signed corporate rates agreement, signed letter of confirmation, master list of SD waiver and RFP submitted bids.
· Tabulation of complimentary stay reports on a regular basis.
· Develops and maintains an accurate and updated filling system of all correspondence for easy access and retrieval.
· Assists in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients through qualifying prospect inquiries and telemarketing.
· Assists in processing client paperwork including letter of confirmation and reservations forms.
· Assists in the RFP submissions via different platform.
· Assists to key in reservations in PMS and other reservation matters / support.
· Assists with reservations and calls if reservations and front office is not available.
· Any other duties as directed.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline.
- At least 1 – 2 years in administrative role in related industry.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Possess marketing and sales skills.
- Knowledge of computer and hotel software.
- Ability to do multitasking and work well under pressure.
