Seeking of a results-oriented Regional Sales Representative to propel sales growth and cultivate robust client relationships within the Houston area. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed targets within the Houston region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through in-depth market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Recruit sales agents, particularly among real estate professionals, through presentations at real estate agency offices.
- Conduct precise measurements for replacement windows at client sites to ensure accurate installations.
- Oversee the receipt and management of produced goods in the warehouse, maintaining the organization and integrity of inventory.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of foremen and workmen to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fenestration or construction industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Compensation:
- A base salary of $30,000 per year, augmented by commission, with the potential to earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually.
