Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Coordinate complex closings, managing timelines and ensuring all parties meet their obligations

Provide expert legal advice to clients on project finance matters related to the energy transition

Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

Analyze potential risks associated with financing projects and develop mitigation strategies

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project completions

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project finance or related financings focused on the energy transition or digital infrastructure

Proven experience in drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, and coordinating complex closings

Experience from a top 200 law firm or global law firm is preferred
