Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads within the products sector and possess hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving the growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Identification:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather data on prospective leads.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate ERP solutions.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Track and analyze lead interactions to optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and insights for improvement.
- Strategy Development:
- Continuously test and optimize outreach approaches for better conversion rates
- Develop and refine lead-generation strategies based on market trends and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT/Products industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the ERP market landscape and trends is a plus.
