Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads within the products sector and possess hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving the growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Identification:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
    • Utilize various tools and platforms to gather data on prospective leads.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
    • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate ERP solutions.
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Track and analyze lead interactions to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
    • Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and insights for improvement.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Continuously test and optimize outreach approaches for better conversion rates
    • Develop and refine lead-generation strategies based on market trends and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT/Products industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the ERP market landscape and trends is a plus.
