About the job Website Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Act as project manager for the contract and follow up on the delivery of the scope of the contract.
- Comprehensively supervising the management of the website.
- Supporting the addition of any content required and ensuring content is regularly updated and accurate.
- Ensuring an overall positive and regularly refreshed user experience.
- Ensuring all feedback received at the website is addressed.
- Liaise with stakeholders and end-users in understanding their needs and expectations.
- Prepare monthly visual reports for the top management on all the important highlights of the website's activities.

- Weekly/Monthly Status Reports: must submit weekly progress reports. The status report will be submitted to the client Project Manager no later than the close of business each Monday. The reports highlight the work performance and related activities accomplished during the week and the planned/expected activities for the following week. The report should also include any exceptions or deviations from the planned activities.
- Oral Reports: must deliver oral progress reports as requested by the client or the assigned project managers. These reports must include but are not limited to, all of the elements listed under the weekly status report.

Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree In IT field or relevant or relevant reputable experience.
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in website management and content creation experience.
- Should have a strong understanding of website development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, and SQL.
- Should be proficient in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
- Experience with web hosting and domain management.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Should have analytical skills to measure and report on the website's performance, including tracking user behaviour through Google Analytics.
- Should be able to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise and provide timely solutions to ensure the website's continuity.
- Have Project management experience, Graphic design skills, Web development experience and Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Has developed at least 10 websites.
