Job Description: As a Solution Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our ERP and Software Business Applications within the Omani market. You will be responsible for understanding the unique business needs of our clients, crafting tailored solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends relevant to ERP and Software Business Applications in Oman.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  4. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and pain points, and propose customized solutions to address their specific business challenges.
  5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, functionalities, and benefits of our ERP and Software Business Applications to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, product development, and customer support to deliver seamless solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from clients and competitors to provide insights for product enhancement and market positioning.

Requirements:

  1. Omani Nationality.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of success in solution selling, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  4. Strong understanding of ERP systems and Software Business Applications.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
