Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future workforce needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding of the hiring process, and a passion for building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will be able to position the technology stack and career prospects of OSOS to the target recruitment base. The candidate will get to represent OSOS at external events and will further evangelize OSOS current position as a top technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the end-to-end hiring process by coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs till onboarding the candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and seamless process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Represent the company at external events, and create awareness of the technology stack and career prospects of OSOS.
  • Network actively with potential candidates including passive candidates.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Create compelling content such as slide decks, blog posts, articles, videos, etc. to be used in recruitment campaigns, in collaboration with relevant parties.
  • Organize webinars, tech talks, hackathons etc. to promote OSOS and create a strong presence/employer brand amongst the recruitment base.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Should have a minimum of 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience.
  • Solid understanding of technologies, software engineering concepts, and developer frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of available industry qualifications and certification.
