  • Tuition Assistance Program covering professional continuing education
  • Best-in-class, clean, and modern facilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established B2B account base across the Central Washington territory, with primary focus on Yakima and Tri-Cities (50–60% of time) and secondary coverage of Ellensburg and Wenatchee (40–50% of time), plus periodic visits to the Chelan/Brewster area.
  • Prioritize and develop the top 10% of accounts within the territory, targeting approximately 900–1,000 unique customer visits per year.
  • Conduct an average of 21 customer calls per week, with approximately 6 in-person visits on each of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, plus additional calls on Monday and Friday.
  • Plan and manage a weekly travel schedule efficiently — utilizing Mondays for planning and preparation, Tuesday through Thursday for in-territory travel and customer calls (with overnight stays as needed), and Fridays for local calls or continued territory coverage.

  • Complete an initial 4-week onboarding and training program in Lacey, WA, followed by a 2–3 month ramp-up period.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-directing day-to-day scheduling and territory management to maximize productivity and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in outside, field-based sales.
  • Demonstrated history of employer tenure (5+ years with a single employer preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing an existing account base with a current or previous employer.
  • Currently located in Yakima (preferred) or Tri-Cities, WA.
  • Willing and able to travel 2–3 days per week, including overnight travel, with additional travel as needed.
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, field-based environment.

If you are a results-driven sales professional with a solid foundation in outside sales, a history of loyalty and account growth, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.
